This board book by Alison Jay is one of our absolute favorite ABC books. As the book simply states A is for Apple, but within the picture showing the Apple is also an artist, an airplane, and an ant.
You and your little one will love the scavenger hunt that this book takes you on, with every image alluding to future images and many different words to find that begin with the featured letter on each page. Dd is for Dog, shows a dog that is dancing with a doughnut on a dish, a duck, and doll in the background, for example. There are plenty of opportunities to find new words every time you read through it.
